About the School

A Child`s Place is a loving center that serves families of children age 6 weeks thru fifth grade.
The goal of our program is to be instrumental in preparing each child for the world experiences that will come as they enter their school age years.
We strive to instill a sense of self-confidence, positive self-esteem and a feeling of independence in each of our children.
We attempt to do this with love and understanding.
Our grade school classes are small and offer individual instruction for all types of learners.

A Child's Place is open from 6:30am-7pm, Monday-Friday with few school closings and vacations. We offer a meals program for all children, parent volunteer program, gifted and talented program, dual language program,after-school, tutoring, summer camp, computer lab, and much more. My son attended Pre-K here and we had a great experience. I am amazed at how much he learned and how happy he was every day. The school environment was very supportive and nurturing. Not just from his immediate teachers, but also from the other teachers and staff members as well. They always greeted us with a smile and it set the tone for him to have an amazing day. Communication was excellent and they responded to all questions and requests promptly. The staff and student body were diverse. They offered a lot of extra events and activities allowing family/community involvement. Loved this school and would recommend it to anyone considering it.

My twins go to pre-K 4 and it`s the best decision ever to have them be a part of A Child`s Place!! I was nervous for them to start as any parent would but Ms. Sarah was so sweet and answered all the questions and concerns-. She made me feel so comfortable sending my kids there, The twin`s teachers are Ms. Emily and Ms. Martha and we love them!! Actually, everyone in that school is very sweet!! The twins never complain about going to school, they love it and that tells you a lot about the school, teachers, and staff!! I give A child`s Place 5 stars and MORE :) A very happy parent Angela A

I Love "A Childs place so much because my teacher is nice and my little sister, Aubrie Saige Evans goes with me . Thank you so much a childs place for making my future bright and my little sisters future more than bright but both of ours gleam!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a family owned business that really cares about the students and their families. The students are achieving on a high level and receive a lot of individual attention. 100% worth the money!!
