Capstone is a learner-driven private school that blends hands-on learning, self-paced discovery, the Socratic Method, and 21st century technology.

At Capstone learners and their parents embark on a journey to take the chief hand in their own education, develop a love of lifelong learning, and discover their own unique calling which will change the world. Capstone is an affiliate of Acton Academy, a private K-12 school, based in Austin, Texas founded by Jeff and Laura Sandefer (@LauraSandefer). Acton Academy has 270+ affiliate schools worldwide and has been endorsed by Gary Vee, entrepreneur and author; Sal Khan, Founder of Khan Academy; Seth Godin, Author; and Sugata Mitra, Founder of School in the Clouds.
Capstone education is constructed to foster three educational values: learning to learn, learning to do, and learning to be.
