Notes for Prospective Students
General Admission 1. Requirements Age Eligibility: Applicants
must meet the minimum age requirements for their respective grade
levels. For instance, infants must be at least 6 weeks old, and
toddlers must be between 6 weeks and 20 months old. 2.
Application Submission: Prospective families are required to
complete an online application through the FACTS Student
Application Portal. A non-refundable application fee of $125 is
required to submit the application. 3. Campus Visit: Families
are encouraged to schedule a campus tour to experience Cedarwood
School firsthand. During the visit, you can receive an admissions
packet, tour classrooms, meet faculty, and ask questions about the
school's programs and culture. 4. Admissions Review:
After submitting the application, the Admissions Team will review
it and notify you of the next steps, which may include a student
visit and any required assessments or interviews. 5.
Enrollment Notification: Once a position becomes available and the
applicant is accepted, families will be notified immediately.
6. Tuition and Fees: Tuition rates vary by grade level.
Cedarwood School offers multiple payment plans and discounts,
including a 1.5% discount for full payment by May 1st and a 5%
sibling discount. 7. Tuition assistance is available through
the school's financial aid program. Families interested in
financial aid should apply through the FACTS system.
