Our program is designed in such a way that we can respond to the needs, interests and maturity levels of each child, and provide quality care for them and their families. We rely on mutual respect and trust with families to meet all children's needs and strive to encourage children to reach their maximum potential.Our program provides extensive opportunities for children to fully explore their surroundings and to grow and develop to their maximum potential at their own rate. Through a balance of teacher directed and child initiated experiences, staff encourage opportunities for the children in all developmental domains throughout all content areas.
