  • Keystone STARS is a five-level program in Pennsylvania to evaluate and improve the quality of childcare.
  • The program offers Standards, Training, Assistance, Resources and Support to child care providers to improve and recognize achievements.
  • Our staff consists of trained and educated teachers.
  • All Creative Care Centers are involved in the teach program which offers the teachers full scholarships to continue their education and obtain a higher degree.
