Ohio Valley Voices mission is to teach young, deaf children to speak and to understand when others speak to them.
Our primary goal is to mainstream the children into their local public schools with their same-aged hearing peers.
Ohio Valley Voices teaches their deaf students to speak and does not use any other form of communication.
