Peninsula Christian School was founded in 1972 by Pastor Rick Howard and the congregation of Peninsula Christian Center of Redwood City.
We thank God that over the years we have touched the lives and families of thousands of students.
PCS is a founding member of the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI), as well as holding membership in the Association of Christian Teachers and Schools (ACTS) with whom we are pursuing work in the process toward accreditation.
PCS provides a specifically Christian environment for education, however, we are not a 'parochial' school in the usual sense.
We are sponsored by a local Assemblies of God congregation, but we do not teach the doctrine of any one particular denomination.
The mission of Peninsula Christian Schools is to educate children both academically and spiritually in order that they will embrace a Biblical worldview and become God-honoring, productive members of society.
