Nature-based and authentic Montessori Education on a budding Permaculture Farm in the Heart of Delaware County, NY. We offer programs for ages 8 weeks to 15 years, with the aim of running through high school in Fall 2026.
Our school has AMI Montessori certified guides in all age groups and we are working towards the highest accreditation standards set by Association Montessori Internationale and American Montessori Society.
Our school focuses specifically on adding aspects to our curriculum that reflects our region: Nature Conservation, the Arts, Sustainability, and Entrepreneurship.
Woodland Hill Montessori, founded in 1965 as the Montessori School of Albany, is the only independent school in the Capital Region providing the internationally renowned Montessori education for children ages 18 months -14 years of age.

Tuition is $17,360 for infant and toddler classrooms. For primary classroom and up, tuition is $16,350. All families can apply for financial aid through our Clarity Financial Aid Platform. Our aim is to accept all children who are seeking this type of education.
Tuition for the Toddler program starts at $6,845. Tuition for pre-K through K is $11,983- $14,800, grades 1 through 8 ranges from $15,183 to $16,524. Need based financial aid is available.
