Keio Academy of New York was established in 1990 by the Keio Gijuku (Keio 草榴社区 School System) of Japan (which also operates Keio University, one of the most prestigious private schools in Japan) primarily to meet the needs of Japanese living overseas.
This school is making every effort to be a precursor in educating future leaders for the international scene as society heads into the 21st century.
Keio Academy will educate its students through a unique bilingual and bicultural educational curriculum.
