Overview
Veritas Christian Academy (VCA) is a Christian high school serving northwest New Jersey and the surrounding regions. VCA is the Christian high school that pursues excellence.
Our ultimate pursuit of excellence is for our students to become Christian leaders in the community.
As the only Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI) and Middle States (MSA) accredited high school in Northwest NJ, we offer 27 dual-enrollment courses in a variety of subjects from Bible to sciences to public speaking.
Our full-time teachers are highly qualified in their subject areas. Our faculty and staff are Bible-believing Christians who live out our statement of faith. Veritas teaches a "Total Release Performance" philosophy in sports that pushes our student athletes to perform on the field and for the glory of God and produces championship teams across basketball, soccer and baseball for both our men's and women's teams. While 80% of a high school student's time is spent at school, we view the local church and family as part of our three-pronged approach of helping develop students for Christ.
Pope John XXIII Regional High School Mission Statement: Through the inspiration of Pope Saint John XXIII, we seek to strengthen Catholic faith; promote academic excellence, integrity, and leadership; and practice love, care, and compassion for all human beings in the gospel spirit of Jesus Christ.
