Saint John the Baptist Middle School is a Diocesan school that opened in August 1999 as part of the Skaggs Catholic Center in Draper, Utah.
The Skaggs Catholic Center is a conglomerate of three schools, Juan Diego High School, Saint John the Baptist Middle School, and Saint John the Baptist Elementary School. In addition, the Skaggs Catholic Center hosts the Guardian Angel Daycare and Saint John the Baptist Catholic Church. Saint John the Baptist Middle School serves students 6th through 8th grade.
