As part of the Children’s Health Council (CHC), Sand Hill offers a whole-child approach that supports not only academic growth but also social-emotional development, executive functioning, and self-confidence. Our small, multi-age classrooms allow for highly individualized instruction using evidence-based, multisensory methods tailored to each student’s strengths and needs. On-site specialists in occupational therapy, speech and language, and mental health collaborate daily with teachers to provide seamless support across all areas of learning. In addition to a strong academic foundation, students participate in project-based learning, arts, STEM, and physical education along with activities that make school joyful and engaging. Talent shows, plays, field trips, and community-building events give students opportunities to explore their creativity, grow their confidence, and have fun with their peers. At Sand Hill, students not only rediscover a love of learning they thrive in a supportive environment where they feel seen, valued, and excited to come to school each day.
