My husband and I have 4 children and have been a part of the St. Philip community for nearly 10 years. Our first born can excel in any scenario but our second born son had a much more difficult time. We attended public school in Kenton county prior to our time at St. Philip. Our son was was diagnosed with Autism and by the 3rd grade he could not read or write. We were told by doctors he would likely not function in society at the rate he was going and we were turned away from any real help in the public school. I can remember crying on the phone to my grandparents at the time that he was going to get lost in the public school system. ²ÝÁñÉçÇø school was not an option for our family as we were a single income family. My grandfather attended St. Philip many years ago and mentioned that it was a more affordable school option. We took that leap of faith and sold our home and moved to Melbourne. Within our sons first school year the teachers at St. Philip had completely caught our son up to grade level. Over the years at St. Philip the teachers and staff hand held our family through his most difficult years. That very same child who we were told would likely not have a place in society is now a damage control man in the United States Navy. This is not the only way St. Philip showed up for our family. In 2023 I became very ill and was diagnosed with a terminal disease. St. Philip provided months worth of meals to my family. The parents of St. Philip showed up to take our children to and from school and sporting activities. They helped to provide Christmas dinner and gifts for our children during a time that we didn''t know if I would be here day to day.St. Philip has been the biggest blessing in my families life. We have made lifelong friendships in this small community. We spend most of our free time volunteering at the school and church not out of obligation but out of pure enjoyment. We love that we are able to be so hands on with our children''s education.

St. Philip is truly an amazing school and community, and we are so grateful that both of our daughters have had the opportunity to be a part of it. From the very beginning, they were welcomed with open arms, supported, encouraged, and made to feel like they truly belonged. Their positive experiences at St. Philip have helped shape who they are, build their confidence, and open the door to so many wonderful opportunities both inside and outside of school. We will always be incredibly thankful for the teachers, staff, families, and entire St. Philip community for the impact they have had on both of our girls.

St. Philip to me is home. I attended grades 1-8. Now as a parent of 3 students, I continue to see what has always made St. Philip great. The teachers care and dedication to the students and school continues to shine in more ways than the classroom. The community of families always jumping in to help make events and experiences for the students memorable is also great to see.

St. Philip''s has been a great place for our girls! The teachers are great, the lunch lady is the best and the community is strong! Everyone does a great job at pitching in when hands are needed. We have meet a lot of great families and have made friends when coming in as outsiders.

St. Philip is an amazing school! The teachers are great and go above and beyond to help every single child! They are very patient about making sure the students succeed in and out of the classroom. They recognized one of my children needed extra help so they let us know right away! She is now getting the extra help she needs and is succeeding in the classroom!

I am a student here at St. Philip. We have so much fun here while also learning the things we need. I have been here for 9 years, and I have never once thought about leaving the school. Here at St. Philip, the teachers are amazing, including the lunch lady. I have had so many awesome memories, and I will miss it so much.

Saint Philip is an amazing school. The teachers are great, and they offer many different sports and activities for the students. I have been going here for nine years and have enjoyed this experience very much. From going to church to having field day at the end of the year. Once you come into the parish you are treated like family.

I have been a student at St. Philip since I was in kindergarten. This being my ninth year attending this school I have really made some amazing friends. You don't just grow bonds with other students, but you get to know teachers really well too. I would have to say one of the best things about our school is that you already know who is going to be in your class. One of the hardest things about the school will be leaving all of the memories and friends. This school will always be a big part of my life, and I will miss coming here on a daily basis.

This is my 8th year going to St. Philip; I am in the 7th grade. I have been here for a while, and I love it. I could not be happier about what school I go to. I have so many close friends, and I love all of the teachers and staff members. It is a small school, but I would rather be in a small school than a big school. I love how many activities we get to do. There are a decent amount of extracurricular activities to do for it to be a small school. I am sad that I am leaving next year, but I know I will have a great time in high school. I will always love St. Philip, and I am going to miss it a lot when I leave.

Saint Philip is an awesome school that I came to during the 2019 pandemic with covid-19. I wish that I had come to the school from the start of kindergarten instead of third grade, because I would have had the feel of being at the school for eight years instead of five. I'm impressed by how the teachers do their own ways of teaching and how we have fun doing it no matter what. I would say if your child were to go here, they will have fun learning, playing, and going to church, because our priest is awesome.

St. Philip is a wonderful school; the teachers are great and very nice. St. Philip has a lot of things to offer, like sports and a play we do towards the end of each year, and that is very fun to watch or act in, and most of the events at St. Philip are very fun for you and your family. Out of the time I've been here, I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

I love St. Philip School because everyone is so involved in this school. The teachers at this school are amazing; they are always encouraging us to push ourselves to be the best that we can be. There are so many extracurricular activities at St. Philip School; there is basketball, volleyball, cross country, and archery. Everybody at this school is so close, and everyone is friends. We have amazing staff; we have an awesome gym teacher, art teacher, computer teacher, homeroom teachers, and a great cafeteria lady. I love that all of the teachers here at St. Philip School are so involved with all of their students. I have made so many friends here at St. Philip School, and I wouldn't change it for a thing.

Saint Philip is a really amazing school that I have been at for 8 years now. The teachers here are very nice and caring. When you get to higher grades, they will teach you more about leadership skills and how to use them in your life. I'm impressed that the teachers make learning more fun than boring. The father at this parish, who is Father Bob, is very nice. He will ask all the kids how they are doing in church, and he has the deacon, who is Deacon Tom says, "God is good," and the kids say it all the time; then he says, "All the time," and the kids say, "God is good." That gets all the kids very happy. I would highly recommend this school if you're thinking of somewhere to send your kids.

St. Philip is a great school. I rated it 5 stars for these reasons. The teachers here are very kind and respectful; if you have a problem, they will help you. You learn more about God and the Bible, which can be helpful later in life. They have more clubs than normal schools like archery and more. I especially like St. Philip since the education is great and will give you a good challenge at times. That is why I rate St. Philip 5 stars, and I hope you find St. Philip as greatas I do.

I am a student at St. Philip, and I love St. Philip! The teachers are very caring. They help you with whatever you need. They also take school seriously, so if you are struggling, they will help you understand. St. Philip is like a home for me. I moved to St. Philip in 6th grade, and I immediately loved it. All the students are super welcoming, and they are very friendly. Moving to St. Philip was a game changer and even helped me improve my grades as well. I am an 8th grader now, and St. Philip has made me a better person. They are also a Catholic school, so we learn about God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit. We have religion class every day, and we also have mass on Wednesdays and Fridays. As well as finding St. Philip as home, I have also gotten a stronger connection with God. St. Philip is a wonderful school, and you might agree.

St. Philip is a very good school and is amazing. I would give this school a 5-star rating because the teachers are amazing; they are nice and helpful. There are sports such as basketball, volleyball, Archery and cross-country. It is fun here; they give good education, and they take you on field trips that are fun, like museums, camps, Fairgrounds and even theaters. That is why I would give St. Philip a 5-star rating

I have been so impressed with St. Philip School. The small, family-like atmosphere makes such a difference in my child's education and overall experience. The teachers truly know each student and give them the individual attention they need to grow, both academically and personally. I especially appreciate how the school focuses on developing leadership skills and responsibility in the older students while also encouraging kindness and teamwork among all grade levels. From faith-filled traditions at Mass to fun community events, St. Philip truly feels like a family. I am so grateful my child is part of this wonderful school!

You cannot find a better administration or group of teachers. They all work together and put the children first. The school has the support they need from Fr. Bob.

I am impressed that St.Philip truly keeps up with technology. There are smartboards in every classroom as well as a wonderful computer lab. There are laptops, iPads and Chromebooks for the students to use in class.

I have 3 children currently attending St. Philip School. I love having them in a small school! They receive a great deal of individual attention. One thing in particular I like is how they teach the older students leadership skills. This is demonstrated throughout many activities such as their Lenten groups; the music ensemble at Mass and reading with the younger students. St. Philip is a community, a family. It is one that I am very proud to be a part of.

Saint Philip is a wonderful and beautiful Parish. I was Baptised in the church and attended grade school here. My wife and I are members and our children now go to school here.
