The mission of The Capitol School is to educate responsible citizens of the world. The Capitol School provides programs for children ages 2 months through high school graduation with an Advanced Academic Diploma.
Founded in 1993, The Capitol School is fully accredited by Cognia (formerly AdvancedED and Southern Association of Colleges and Schools or SACS).
Featured in May 2020 as one of the "Top Ten International Schools in the U.S." by Knowledge Review international journal.
Listed in September 2023 as 9th in the "25 Best ²ÝÁñÉçÇø High Schools in Alabama" by AL.com.
The Capitol School has been an awesome experience for our child. The teachers are fantastic and the growth they foster amongst the children is incredible.

We are very grateful for the 22 months our children enjoyed preschool education at the highest quality level in a playful way.
