Fairfield, NJ 07004
Our Family of Schools - Gramon, Glenview Academy, and New Beginnings educate students with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other Developmental Disabilities ages 3-21.
Drawing on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis, The Gramon Family of Schools utilizes a collaborative approach across multiple disciplines to address the needs of the whole child.
With the support of related service personnel, including speech and language, occupational, and physical therapy, as well as board-certified behavior analysts, the classroom teams support one another in order to customize an approach for the individual student.
To help tailor the learning experience across the lifespan, emphasis is placed on the following areas: language development, academics, self-help skills, social and emotional learning, motor and sensory deficits, and positive behavioral supports.
Each student's team uses observations, assessments, and data-driven decision-making to address the needs and approach.
High School students get to experience the variety of transition services provided at the Gramon Family of Schools, including over ten on-site vocational job sites and more than twenty-five community job sites.
Vocational training and Work-Based Learning, paired with community-based learning, open our students up to a learning experience without walls.
