Verna Montessori School has been such a positive for our family. We are in our 2nd year and have had a great experience. The Sisters are wonderful and the learning environment allows each child to thrive uniquely. The school has worked with us to help accommodate some medical issues our son has, which has been a huge relief. There is such a sense of community in this school, which has even further enriched our experience.

We are halfway through our second year at Verna Montessori School and my husband and I both agree that enrolling our son was the best thing we could have done for him. His confidence has skyrocketed, his focus and retention are fabulous, he is learning wonderful communication skills, and is years ahead of a traditional public school curriculum. Our E is 5 and he's flying through his multiplication homework (that he asked for because he wants to do more!) and has better handwriting than many adults I know. He wants to learn and Verna Montessori gives him the space and encouragement that he needs. Without this school, we would have never known he was capable of so much at such a young age. We HIGHLY recommend it!

The Verna Montessori School is the best foundation for a parent can give a child. Learning to be independent, thinking outside the box, learning to solve problems 5 different ways, developing self-esteem, public speaking, home and life skills, confidence... You can tell a Montessori child in any crowd. VMS gave my children a solid foundation from PreK through 8th grade. It was the best thing I ever did for my kids. 20 year later my kids say the same thing too. The sisters rock.
