School Notes

  • At Christian Liberty Academy we seek to not only challenge your child academically but also to prepare them to be creative and disciplined servants of Jesus Christ.
  • When your children walk across the stage on their graduation day, they will be prepared to overcome the culture with a solid biblical foundation, and be ready to make disciples for the glory of God (Matthew 28:19).
  • Thank you for your interest in Christian Liberty Academy. Since our educational ministry was established in 1968, we have been actively partnering with parents to train disciples for the Lord Jesus Christ. Dr. Paul D. Lindstrom, the founder of CLA, could see the government school system was not only moving away from "traditional" teaching methods but that it was based on a foundation that was set against the Lord Jesus Christ and the truth of God`s Word. This defective foundation has slowly but surely manifested itself in poor academic achievement, and in the radically unbiblical perspectives and values that are now being taught in secular classrooms throughout the country. Christian Liberty Academy was started not simply to provide parents with a Godly alternative, but to help families understand the basis of all true education.
  • We believe our work as a Christian school is not to take over the duties of parents, but to support and assist them in carrying out their God-given responsibility to educate their children according to the Word of God.

My child has attended CLA for the past two years after attending public school for six years. The education he is receiving is far superior to his public school education. The curriculum is vigorous and homework is intense at times, but he has made it in all areas. Teachers are caring and promote ethical character. He loves school and we are grateful for such a nurturing environment.

Our family has experienced both public and private elementary and high schools. Our son attended Fremd and we were eager to find an alternative for our daughter. We chose CLA and we are very pleased we did, as is she. She participates in sports, has made wonderful friends, and looks forward to going to school everyday. We highly recommend this school to other families. The teachers and staff are outstanding and very caring. CLA is head and shoulders above the public schools in many ways. Students learn all points of view and are encouraged to debate and discuss, enabling them to develop solid critical thinking skills. For a well-rounded academic education and a character-building environment, I strongly encourage you to check out CLA.
