  • Holy Family Specialized Learning school is a licensed, private academic school for elementary and secondary students in Allegheny and surrounding counties. Enrollment is based on a referral from the student's home school district.
  • If your student was referred to our program, be assured that we are dedicated to helping students overcome their unique academic and behavioral challenges so that they can successfully return to their home school districts. Upon a student`s enrollment in the program, Specialized Learning staff assess his or her skills and academic knowledge and develop an individualized learning plan to help them cultivate constructive behavior, build knowledge and achieve academic success.
  • Each classroom is staffed by a Pennsylvania-certified teacher and a classroom behavior intervention specialist, and class size is limited to 12 or fewer students. Our curriculum is aligned with state standards. Adapted physical education, art and music classes are taught by teachers certified in those subject areas. Technology is integrated into every classroom, and all students are provided with Chromebook laptops to support their online studies.
