Located on the Upper East side, just a few steps away from Central Park and Museum Mile, The International Academy of New York offers a standards-based core curriculum, taught in English, enhanced by language learning in either Chinese or Spanish. Our students in Pre-Nursery through Grade 5 experience language and culture through the art and music instruction delivered in the target language. In addition to our full day program, Morning or Afternoon options are available for Early Childhood classrooms 2, 3, 4 and 5 days a week.

  • Established in 2017, our small school community offers a caring environment for a diverse population of students Pre-Nursery to Grade 5. The approach to learning includes a solid core curriculum taught in English and enhanced by language learning through daily Art and Music classes delivered in either Spanish or Chinese.Our students spend at least 40% of their week expressing themselves in the target language.
