I worked for the Laurel School as a Toddler Teacher's Assistant from 2010-2011, then as an Infant Teacher from 2012-2015. The reason I left was to pursue Nursing school. The owner, Michael, was a helpful boss and would go above and beyond to accommodate his staff. I remember small gifts for teachers on holidays, a Thanksgiving feast for the staff and children, plenty of cute shows for the families to see their children sing and dance. He was very flexible with work/life balance and schedule. Michael loved the children and even stepped in to substitute at times, the kids loved him. The school grounds were very well taken care of by him and Asia and were always being updated or renovated. I loved to look at all the beautiful scenery surrounding the school. My co-workers were friendly, professional, and personable. The owners were very particular about cleanliness, education standards, and the health and well-being of the children. Your children will be well taken care of at the Laurel School. I remember some children did not want to go home at the end of the day! The staff at Laurel School are warm and caring- and really care about your little ones.
