School Notes

  • School Motto: Curious, Connected, Courageous
  • Sinai Learning Lab is a fresh, thoughtful approach to Jewish elementary education-designed for children who thrive when learning is active, meaningful, and connected to the real world. Serving students in Kindergarten through fifth grade, the Lab blends the best of Montessori, Reggio Emilia, and Acton Academy, creating a multi-age environment where children learn at their own pace, collaborate across ages, and build true mastery rather than simply moving from lesson to lesson. Here, classrooms are alive with questions, creativity, and purpose. Students may be working in a focused small group one moment and launching a hands-on entrepreneurial project the next-calculating profit margins, creating marketing plans, and using the proceeds to help others. They explore science through investigation, strengthen literacy and math skills through a mastery-based curriculum, and develop the confidence to take risks, make mistakes, and try again.Jewish learning is not an add-on at Sinai Learning Lab; it is woven into the rhythm of every day. Through Torah, Hebrew, prayer, holidays, Jewish values, and shared Shabbat celebrations, students develop a lasting connection to their identity, community, and tradition. Our Parsha Lab invites children to wrestle with meaningful ideas and discover how ancient wisdom speaks to their lives today. At the heart of Sinai Learning Lab are three guiding values: curiosity, connection, and courage. We nurture curious learners rather than passive followers, build community over competition, and encourage the resilience to see challenges as opportunities for growth. With strong academic foundations aligned to Florida grade-level standards, personalized support through our Every Child Excels Initiative, and a warm Jewish community, Sinai Learning Lab helps children become capable students, caring friends, and confident young people ready to shape the world.
