All three of my children attended the Greenhouse School. They are all now young adults, one college graduate and two college students. I credit their solid academic foundation and commitment to social justice to the Greenhouse School community. I am grateful for the education they received there, as students and people.

I can't say enough about the Greenhouse school. The curricula is stimulating and challenging (while attainable for each individual student). Students are encouraged and supported to reach their maximum potential.Besides the excellent academics, this school teaches self-sufficiency, inclusiveness, discipline and manners, as well as consideration: for others, their environment, animals, plants... Students are encouraged to support each other and their community. The grow food, and thus learn appreciation for nutrition and what they put in their bodies. The take good care of plants and pets (birds, a guinea pig, fish...)It's a pleasure to visit and witness the learning and creative activities going on in every corner of the building--with so much joy! The school seems to always be winning one sort of award or another.I heartily endorse the Greenhouse School.
