Job Description: The Admission Coordinator introduces the School to prospective international candidates and their families and collaborates with the Admission team to enroll a diverse group of well-matched students each year. This role requires the ability to communicate effectively with Chinese families and demands a high level of professionalism, public relations skills, problem-solving abilities, and computer literacy. It also requires a proactive self-starter who takes initiative and can prioritize tasks with minimal guidance. The Admission Coordinator is organized and detail-oriented, handling the demands of a fast-paced work environment. Candidates must be able to handle confidential material in a discreet manner. *This is a full or part-time position reporting to the director of admission and enrollment. Qualifications: A bachelor''s degree is required, and prior independent school admission experience is preferred. Candidates are expected to have excellent written and verbal communication skills, including editing and proofreading skills. Candidates should have the ability to exercise sound judgment and resolve problems quickly, creatively, and independently while collaborating with members of the Admission team, teaching faculty, and staff. Candidates should possess experience in managing and analyzing data, as well as strong research skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications is required. Prior experience with database-driven Customer Service Management (CSM) programs is essential. The ideal candidate should be flexible, positive, and motivated by the school''s mission.
